general conditions

The following General Conditions apply to all transactions made through the e-commerce platform, or through sales made by telephone or by e-mail. Customer acknowledges being bound by these General Conditions, which he declares to have read and understood.

The General Conditions described below constitute a contract between the customer and Parcelle168. These general conditions can be modified at any time and without notice by Parcelle168 and they are immediately applicable to any new order. It is the customer's responsibility to consult them regularly in order to stay informed of any changes.

Vintages mentioned in the title of the product are always correct - in some cases images in the shop may show a label with an incorrect vintage and customers should rely on product names and not on what is shown in images. Images in the store are not usually of the actual bottle we have in our cellars.

The Parcelle168 trademark and the parcelle168.com site are the exclusive property and operation of Parcelle 168. On request we can send you photos of the actual bottles you are interested in ordering. Please contact us on info@parcelle168.com

Should we, in rare cases, no longer be able to supply a wine you have bought, we may offer a different vintage as a replacement at your choice or will alternatively refund your payment.

The prices indicated on the pacelle168.com website are expressed in Swiss francs. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. The prices payable for the merchandise you order are those which appear on this site on the date of the order, including VAT, but excluding handling and shipping costs.

Processing and shipping costs are billed at the rates indicated on this site on the date of the order. Parcelle168 reserves the right to change prices and handling and shipping charges at any time.

Orders are only valid for customers aged 18 years or over. By accepting these terms & conditions at the time of purchase, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.

All Terms and Conditions falls under Swiss Law.
